Meet Natalie Peckman.
Natalie Peckman has spent her career in high-volume recruiting and talent acquisition leadership, always acutely aware of how the right hire, or the wrong one, ripples through an organization’s operations, culture, and revenue.
What brought her to the aesthetic space wasn’t a pivot. It was a problem she couldn’t ignore.
Natalie kept watching med spas and wellness clinics struggle to find injectors and providers who could do it all: build patient trust, deliver exceptional results, support a growing brand, and drive real revenue. The talent existed. The right matching process didn’t.
What made it worse: most practice owners thought they had a marketing problem. Natalie saw it clearly for what it was, a retention and hiring problem. And nobody in recruiting was addressing it with the specificity this industry deserved.
So she built Stonecrest Recruiting to fill that gap. Not a generalist staffing firm. A specialist partner who understands the aesthetics industry from the inside: the compensation structures, the culture dynamics, the patient relationship expectations, and recruits accordingly.
Today, Natalie works directly with med spa owners, aesthetic clinic operators, and wellness practices across the country, helping them build the teams that define their patient experience and drive long-term growth.
